Mira Oasis 1-3 Unit Types

Type A, B,C and D are cluster units. A-D are 3 Bed units but unit B has a down stairs study. With Some type A being end units with a wrap around garden. The Type B Units have some of the biggest plot sizes and are also classed as an end unit. All types A -D have a shared access way and 2 off street parking space. 

Type E-G are similar in having a cluster layout with a shared access at the front with 2 off street parking spaces. Type E-G are 4 Bed units with  E and F also having a downstairs study. Type E like Type A can be either end of central units with the end units have a larger wrap around garden. Type F again are the largest units with a much greater plot size. 

Type H and I come in a row pattern and are not in clusters.  Both 3 Bed homes with the H type also having a down stairs study. The H type being an end unit also have larger plot sizes and a wrap around garden. Type I are the smallest of the unit types in Mira oasis but by not being in a cluster makes them desirable units to own

Type J type come in either a row of 2 or 4 in a row pattern and are not in clusters.  All  are 3 Bed homes having a down stairs study also. The end units having a wrap around garden giving them a much bigger plot. The group of 2 units is as close to an independnt villa as you will find in Mira Oasis
